When will you pick up my recycling?
Recycling removal service will occur EVERY OTHER WEEK on your regularly scheduled trash service day. Download the
recycle calendar from our website as a
handy reference.

My recycling has already been picked up, but my trash can is still full, was it missed?
Your recycling is serviced by a different truck than your trash, our drivers normally service between 7 AM and 5 PM, if you believe your trash was missed and it is
after 5 PM please call the office during normal business hours so that we can look into it.

How do I know what week is a recycle week?
You can download the Recycle Calendar from our website. Recycle dates are highlighted as a handy reminder.

Do you provide a receptacle for recycling?
An 18 gallon Recycling bin will be provided to you at no additional cost.  (Unless you discontinue your service for any reason within 1 year. If you discontinue your
recycling service within 1 year from your recycling start date you will be charged a $15 receptacle pickup and cleaning fee.) This receptacle remains the property
of Lone Star Disposal and is not for any use other than recycling.

Can I have more that one recycle bin, or what if I have more recycling than what fits in my bin?
Lone Star Disposal will provide you one recycling bin. You may purchase additional recycling bins from Lone Star Disposal for $15, or you may use whatever
containers you would like to put your recycling in, however please do not bag your recycling as our driver has to sort your recycling at the curb, and bagged items
take much longer to sort. Other containers may accompany your recycling if needed, at no additional charge. Your Lone Star Disposal Recycling bin MUST be
visible at the curb to ensure pickup of your recycling.

Does it cost extra for recycling?
There is a fee for curbside recycling. Please call our office to find out the cost to add recycling in your area. If you would rather not pay for curbside recycling you
may drop off your recycling at our drop off center for free.

I am not one of your residential customers, or I do not live in your service area, can I sign up for curbside recycling?
Curbside recycling is an added service provided only to our residential customers in our service areas. If you live in our service area you may sign up for both
residential trash service and curbside recycling. If you do not live in our service area you may bring your recycling to our drop off location instead.

I don't want to pay for recycling, can I drop it off somewhere instead?
Yes, you can bring your recycling to our office at 413 FM 20, Bastrop TX. 78602. From 71 we are located 1 1/2 miles down FM 20 just past Shiloh Rd on the left.

How do I sign up for recycling?
You can fill out a request to sign-up for recycling on our website at:  http://www.lonestardisposal.net/recyclingrequest.html

After I sign up for recycling when will I receive my recycling bin, and when will my service start?
You will receive your bin on the Friday after your request has been received. Once you have received your recycling bin check the recycle calendar found on our
website on the curbside recycling page to see when the next recycle week will be.
